Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the Village the OBOA One, Two and Three Family Dwelling Code, being particularly the 1996 edition thereof, as adopted by the Ohio Building Officials Association, which Code is commonly known and is hereinafter referred to as the OBOA Code, being OAC 4101:8-1 et seq., save and except such portions thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
