1260.21 UNLAWFUL BUILDINGS AND USES.

Any building erected, constructed, altered, enlarged, converted, moved or used contrary to the Building and Housing Code and this Zoning Code, and any use of any land or a building which is conducted, operated or maintained contrary to this Zoning Code, are hereby declared to be unlawful and are prohibited.
