1260.17 EFFECTIVE PERIOD OF PERMITS AND CERTIFICATES; RENEWALS.

Any building permit or certificate of occupancy issued pursuant to the Building and Housing Code or this Zoning Code shall be void after twelve months from the date of such issuance. An application for renewal of a permit or certificate shall be subject to the same procedure applicable to an original application.
