1260.16 APPLICATION FOR CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY.

An application for a certificate of occupancy shall be filed with the Building Inspector at the time of or prior to the application for a building permit. Said certificate shall be issued or refused, in writing, by the Building Inspector within fifteen days after an application has been filed therefor.
