The lot or yard areas required by this Zoning Code for a particular building shall not be included as part of the required lot or yard areas of any other building, nor shall such lot or yard areas be diminished below the requirements of this Zoning Code. No sublot of a recorded subdivision on record at the time of passage of this Zoning Code shall be divided or reduced in size, said sublots as now constituted being hereby declared to be the minimum lot area required hereunder.
