(a) No person shall park, or cause to be parked, any motor vehicle, including, but not limited to, trucks, motorcycles, motorscooters, automobiles or any motorized propelled conveyance, in the Village Park parking lot unless there is displayed in the lower right-hand corner of the windshield of such motor vehicle an approved Village decal or permit.
(b) The Village Park parking lot is hereby defined as that area adjacent to East Shore Drive on the southerly side of the property owned by the Village.
