1042.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than the maximum allowed by law that can be assessed for a minor misdemeanor violation under Ohio Law that is in effect at the time of each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
