1042.13 APPLICATION OF CHAPTER; COMPLIANCE REQUIRED.

This chapter shall apply to all construction to be completed after its effective date. All private sewerage facilities now existing in the Village shall be made to conform to the provisions hereof within a reasonable time, now determined to be by July 1, 1964, and after that date the penalty provisions shall apply.
