1042.09 HOUSE CONNECTIONS; MATERIALS.

All storm water sewer connection pipe must be in compliance with the standards/regulations/requirements that were placed/established at the time by the Lake County Storm Water Management Department. If Lake County Sewer Department has not established any regulations and/or requirements, then the Village Engineer shall be the individual to determine whether the materials being used meet the current storm water sewer standards.
