1042.04 PRIVATE DISPOSAL SYSTEMS PROHIBITED.

No owner, agent, lessee, tenant or occupant of any lot or land located within the Village shall establish, construct, maintain or permit to remain thereon any septic tank, privy, cesspool or other receptacle for sewage or other water-borne wastes.
