820.03 LICENSE APPLICATION.

The Mayor or the person designated by him or her is hereby authorized to issue a license for engaging in business as a peddler, or for the sale of goods as a transient dealer, in the Village, upon receipt of an application therefor, but he or she shall have a reasonable time in which to investigate any application therefor.
