820.01 DEFINITIONS.
   As used in this chapter:
   (a)   "Peddler" means and includes every person who sells or offers for sale, barter or exchange any goods, wares, merchandise or other thing of value, on the streets or traveling from place to place within the corporate limits of the Village.
   (b)   "Transient dealer" means and includes every person who temporarily opens a store or place for the sale of goods, wares or merchandise or other thing of value, either in one locality or traveling from place to place about the Village, without the intention of continuing in such business in the Village for a period of more than 120 days.
