810.01 SALE OF PERSONAL PROPERTY PROHIBITED; EXCEPTION.
   (a)   No person shall sell personal property at, in or upon property zoned for single-family residential uses within the Village except as provided hereinafter.
   (b)   Notwithstanding subsection (a) hereof, a person may sell personal property, such as household goods, furniture, furnishings, appliances, fixtures, books, items of art, linens, silverware, dishes, garden tools, household tools, clothing, toys and other kinds of personal property, which are owned by the person having possession of the real estate at which such sale is conducted, provided, however, that all such personal property heretofore described shall be personal property which the seller must have used or possessed incidental to his or her use and occupancy of the single-family residential dwelling from which said sale is conducted. Further, the seller shall not sell personal property for or on behalf of any other person, either by consignment or otherwise, nor shall any seller sell any personal property purchased from others for the sole purpose of selling from said seller's single-family residential dwelling.
