(a) The Tree Conservation and Landscaping Commission shall consist of a minimum of five members and a maximum of seven members. (Ord. 1986-7. Passed 7-15-86.)
(b) The members of the Tree Conservation and Landscaping Commission shall consist of the Mayor, the Chairperson of the Recreation Committee of Council and a minimum of three electors and a maximum of five electors of the Village. All electors of the Tree Conservation and Landscaping Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor for a period of three years, and any vacancies in the foregoing terms shall be filled by appointment of the Mayor with the approval of Council.
