§ 33.41 CITY MANAGER TO COORDINATE COMPLIANCE.

The City Manager has been designated to coordinate compliance with non-discrimination requirements contained in the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) regulations implementing § 504 (24 C.F.R. part 8, dated June 2, 1988).
