(A) Generally. Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Building codes. Any person violating § 150.02, upon conviction of the violation, shall be punished by a fine of not more than $1,000, or by imprisonment for not more than 180 days, or by both the fine and imprisonment.
