§ 130.11 FIREWORKS.
   (A)   No person shall discharge fireworks except in compliance with local, state and federal law.
   (B)   No owner of property, as defined in § 130.05, or person in charge of property, as defined in § 130.05, shall allow unlawful fireworks to be possessed and/or discharged on property owned, possessed, supervised or controlled by that person.
