(A) A person in violation of this chapter shall be subject to fine not exceeding $100. Each day that a sale is conducted in violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.

(B) Unless otherwise indicated, any offense under this chapter is classified as a violation punishable by a fine set by resolution. Penalties not set by resolution shall be $250 per violation.
