Ordinance 1197, which establishes a process and procedures for the city for the “Review of Demands for Compensation under O.R.S. Chapter 197 as Amended by Ballot Measure 37 Passed November 2, 2004”, and creating a private cause of action, is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein.
