Unless a special election, called pursuant to resolution under this subchapter, can be held at the same time a regular election is to be held throughout the state, or a special election is held throughout the state or county for any other purpose, the polling place for the special election called pursuant to this subchapter shall be at the City Hall from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
