(A) A violation of §§ 110.001 through 110.016 and 110.030 through 110.034 shall result in a fine not to exceed $250. Upon conviction of any violation of §§ 110.001 through 110.016 and 110.030 through 110.034, the court shall also order the defendant to pay any cost, disbursement or fee due as authorized by this subchapter or as amended.
(B) Each day or distinct time period of a violation as described in this suchapter shall be considered a separate violation, subject to a separate penalty as described in this subchapter and by resolution.
