(A) In addition to the penalties heretofore provided, and as separate and distinct remedies, the city may sue in any court of competent jurisdiction to obtain judgment and to enforce payment of any business registration fee due pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter and to seek injunctive relief against any person violating this subchapter.
(B) Attorney fees, costs, disbursements and/or prevailing party fees shall be awarded to the prevailing party, unless otherwise agreed or waived by city.
