§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of §§ 92.20 through 92.24 may, upon conviction, be punished as follows:
      (1)   Violation of § 92.24(A), (B), (D), (G), (H) or (K) shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $250. In addition, cost of repair(s) and or cleanup may also be levied.
      (2)   Violation of § 92.24(E), (F), (I) or (J) shall be punishable by a fine not to exceed $100
   (C)   Any user who violates any term of §§ 92.35 through 92.41, upon conviction, shall pay a fine as follows:
      (1)   Failure to purchase, complete or display a parking permit: $20; and
      (2)   Failure to park a vehicle within a marked space at any time: $12.

   (D)   Unless otherwise indicated, any offense under this chapter is classified as a violation punishable by a fine set by resolution. Penalties not set by resolution shall be $250 per violation.
