The State Department of Forestry’s Tree Risk Assessment, Inventory and Management Plan for Goodspeed Park, as developed through the urban and community forestry assistance program is hereby adopted for use and implementation by the city and adopted by reference as if set out in full herein. Copies are available through city offices.
