§ 92.01 PARKS AND RECREATION MASTER PLAN, ADOPTED.
   (A)   The City Council hereby adopts the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, attached as Exhibit A to the resolution incorporated herein, in its entirety. Copies are available through city offices.
   (B)   All references in the Parks and Recreation Master Plan, particularly those on page 4-4, relating to the treatment of Carnahan Park shall be changed to reflect the following intent:
“Improvements to Carnahan Park include lighting, continued tree planting for Arbor week recognition, lighting and wetlands enhancement to improve the aesthetics onsite. The east end of the original parcel containing the overflow parking shall be considered surplus and partitioned off for housing opportunities.
“Potential Maintenance and Operations: The Marine Board grants and parking fee structure during the fall fishing season will be sustained, along with full city maintenance. The partitioning and surplusing of the east portion of the original parcel will provide for additional housing opportunities, additional on-site surveillance of the park and addition revenue for the parks system.”
