The city hereby adopts the attached exhibits to the resolution incorporated herein this subchapter as the bases for a revocable encroachment license application form and license agreement, and hereby incorporates them as referenced:
(A) Exhibit A - Revocable encroachment license application form; and
(B) Exhibit B - Revocable license for right-of-way encroachment and property encumbrance.
