If an approved activity, other than a R.O.W. vending license or parade permit, requires that a section of street be temporarily cordoned off for “no parking”, that section shall be posted by the applicant, with city approved signs, for 48 hours prior to the actual effective time that “no parking” shall commence or no enforcement or removal of parked vehicles in the designated area shall occur.
