§ 91.147 RENEWALS AND EXPIRATIONS.
   While right-of-way use permits and licenses may be applied for at any time during a year, validity of such permits shall coincide with that of city business licenses, thus expiring annually on June 30. Permit and license renewals shall be mailed with business license renewals.
