§ 91.130 CABLE FRANCHISE.

Cable service providers shall be subject to this chapter to the extent it is not inconsistent with the Cable Act. The city and the cable provider shall enter into a cable franchise agreement pursuant to § 91.112 and such franchise agreement shall be subject to all applicable provisions of city, state and federal law, including the Cable Act.
