§ 91.123 NOTICE AND DUTY TO CURE.
   In the event that the city believes that grounds exist for termination of a franchise agreement, the city shall give the franchisee written notice of the alleged violation and shall provide a short and concise statement of the nature and general facts of the violation. The city shall provide the franchisee a reasonable period of time, not exceeding 30 days, to furnish evidence that:
   (A)   Corrective action has been or is being expeditiously pursued to remedy the violation;
   (B)   Rebuts the alleged violation; and/or
   (C)   Explains why it would be in the public interest to impose a penalty or sanction less than termination.
