§ 91.120 OBLIGATION TO CURE AS A CONDITION OF RENEWAL.
   The city shall not renew a franchise agreement unless the franchise has cured any violations or defaults in the franchisee’s performance of the franchise agreement, or of the requirements of this chapter or has provided the city with a city-approved plan detailing the corrective action to be taken.
