(A) The ward boundaries ordinance, as amended, is hereby adopted by reference as if set out in full herein. Copies are available through city offices.
(B) This code is hereby amended to include the revised ward boundaries, as detailed in Exhibit A attached to the ordinance adopted herein. An updated ward/precinct map, showing the city’s exterior jurisdictional boundary and interior ward boundaries is attached to the ordinance, and incorporated by reference to the code, as shown in Exhibit B.
(C) The boundaries of each ward, as established by this section, shall not affect the tenure of any City Council member who is in office on the effective date of the ordinance adopted herein by reference.
