(A) The document entitled City of Tillamook Public Works Design Standards shall be adopted to provide clear and concise information to contractors, developers and engineers providing services within the city.
(B) This section will provide acceptable construction standards and specifications for all improvements and repairs within the city.
(C) The document attached to the ordinance incorporated by reference herein may be amended by resolution as future need and circumstances change.
(D) The Public Works Design Standards will be amended to replace the existing curb ramp design with ODOT’s American with Disabilities Act curb ramp standards attached to Resolution 1809 as Exhibit A.
