§ 90.20 COST PAID BY RESPONSIBLE PERSON.
   Any reasonable costs incurred by the Police Department in seizing, impounding or confining any dangerous or vicious animal shall be charged against the owner, keeper or harborer of such animal. Such charge shall be in addition to any fine or penalty provided for violating this chapter.
