(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99. Unless otherwise indicated, any offense under this chapter is classified as a violation punishable by a fine set by resolution. Penalties not set by resolution shall be $250 per violation.
(B) Any person, firm, corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity that violates or refuses to comply with § 70.01 shall have committed a civil infraction and shall be subject to a fine of up to $250. Each incident shall constitute a new violation.
