(A) New customer class definitions shall be applied to all existing accounts. Any customers affected the change will be notified in writing not less than 30 days before the change is implemented.
(B) Definitions for water and sewer customer class rates shall be as follows:
HIGH COMMERCIAL. Any commercial use of property for grocery stores with deli-grinders, restaurants, butcher shops, meat processing, bakeries, cheese manufacture, car washes, motel/hotel with restaurant/deli and fuel stations with deli marts.
INDUSTRIAL. Any use of land, structure or natural resources involving the manufacturing, processing or assembly of semi-finished or finished products.
LOW COMMERCIAL. Any commercial use of property for retail offices, public offices, private offices, grocery without deli-grinders, florists and taverns.
RESIDENTIAL. Any use of land or structure of or relating to a place where people dwell.
