§ 52.055 ENFORCEMENT OF PAYMENT.
   The city may enforce the collection of rates and charges for the use of sewage facilities by turning off the water of any delinquent sewer user until the charges are paid or by any other means that may be provided by the laws of the state or permitted by the charter and ordinances of the city; and any delinquencies may be certified to the Tax Assessor of the county, for collection in the manner and as provided by O.R.S. 454.225. In the event the city elects to institute an action to recover any charges, the city shall be entitled to recover as part of its costs a reasonable attorney’s fee to be set by the court.
