(A) All persons desiring to connect to the city sewer system shall make application to the city for a connection permit. The connection fees provided for in § 52.078(A) and in subsequent resolutions for system development charges and for other connection fees shall accompany such application.
(B) The city shall establish sewer connection fees for sanitary sewer service from time to time, which are adopted by reference and shall be made available for public inspection. Copies are available through city offices.
