(A) User fees shall be charged as provided by § 52.050 through 52.060. On a monthly basis, each account shall be charged an additional maintenance fee to cover ongoing supervision of the pressure sewer/STEP sewer system. The amount of the charge shall be determined by the City Council and may be revised by resolution as deemed appropriate by that body.
(B) The city shall be responsible for the pressure main line. However, if a private pressure sewer system causes damage to the public pressure main line, the property owner, or any persons associated with the property or business that the system serves, shall be responsible for all maintenance, repair and clean-up charges incurred to fix the damage.
(C) All owners of properties, or any persons associated with the property or business that obtain sewer service using a pressure sewer/STEP sewer system, shall keep all components of their sewer system in compliance with all city, state and federal regulations at all times.
