Property owners, or any persons associated with the property that obtains sewer service using a pressure sewer or STEP sewer, shall have the sole responsibility of maintenance, repair and replacement of the following sewer system components.
(A) Connections to pressure main lines, but not the main line itself;
(B) Lateral lines;
(C) Valves and fittings;
(D) Pumps and pump stations;
(E) Pump station control panels;
(F) Tanks and tank screens; and
(G) All other associated components of the pressure sewer system located between the tank and the main line connection.
