§ 52.036 NECESSARY CONDITIONS.
   (A)   All owners of properties, or any persons associated with the property or business, that obtain sewer service using a pressure sewer system or STEP sewer system must connect his, her or their sewer systems to a public main line within 30 days of service availability. For future developments that require sewer service, a service easement shall be obtained from the property owned prior to issuance of a building permit. In order to continue use of a pressure sewer/STEP sewer system, an easement for city personnel and vehicle access shall be provided upon request.
   (B)   All owners of properties, or any persons associated with the property or business, that obtain sewer services using a pressure sewer system or STEP sewer system shall post, at a minimum, the contact information for himself, herself or themselves and the city on the pump station control panel in the event of an overflow or an emergency situation.
