§ 52.036 NECESSARY CONDITIONS.
   (A)   All owners of properties, or any persons associated with the property or business, that obtain sewer service using a pressure sewer system or STEP sewer system must connect their sewer systems to a public main line within 60 days of service availability. For future developments that require sewer service, a service easement shall be obtained from the property owner prior to issuance of a building permit. In order to continue use of a pressure sewer/STEP sewer system, an easement for city personnel and vehicle access shall be provided upon request.
   (B)   All owners of properties, or any persons associated with the property or business, that obtain sewer services using a pressure sewer system or STEP sewer system shall post, at a minimum, the contact information for themselves and the city on the pump station control panel in the event of an overflow or emergency situation.
   (C)   All owners of properties, or any person affiliated with the property or business, that obtain pressure/STEP sewer services from the city shall annually provide their service documentation that their annual service maintenance has been performed for each calendar year. All service documents will be provided to the city within 60 days after the last day of each calendar year.
