§ 35.21 MID-COUNTY PARK AND RECREATION DISTRICT.
   (A)   The city approves and consent to be included within the boundaries of the mid-county park and recreation district, contingent upon the district’s subsequent lawful formation.
   (B)   A certified copy of this resolution shall be delivered to the County Board to accompany the petition for formation pursuant to O.R.S. 198.835(3).
   (C)   The City Council does hereby approve the form of the BOCC order, attached to the resolution incorporated herein.
