(A) The City Manager is hereby authorized to prescribe forms and promulgate rules and regulations to aid in the making of returns, the ascertainment, assessment and collection of said marijuana and marijuana-infused product tax and in particular and without limiting the general language of this chapter, to provide for:
(1) A form or report on sales and purchases to be supplied to all vendors; and
(2) The records which sellers providing marijuana and marijuana-infused products are to keep concerning the tax imposed by this subchapter.
(B) All revenue from the marijuana and marijuana-infused product tax shall be allocated for the support and assurance of public police protection within the incorporated city limits.
