(A) The monthly per person stipend of the City Council will continue at $125 a month.
(B) The monthly per person stipend of the Mayor wil continue at $200 a month.
(C) The monthly stipend will apply whether or not the Mayor or Councilor attends the meetings as governed by the City Charter.
(D) Should a temporary appointment be made to fill a vacant position, that person will not receive a stipend; however, a vacancy appointment shall receive a stipend along with the other members.
