   (B)   Approval of minutes of the previous meeting;

   (C)   Proclamations and presentations;

   (D)   Audience comments;

   (E)   Noticed public hearings;

   (F)   Old business;

   (G)   New business;

   (H)   Committee, Council and staff reports;

   (I)   Bills against the city; and

   (J)   Adjournment.
