Revenues from the tax imposed by this subchapter remaining after providing for the cost of refunds and credits authorized herein shall be used for the construction, reconstruction, improvement, repair, maintenance and lighting of city streets proportionally as shown in the table below:
$0.0099 for street lighting and miscellaneous road repair | 33% total revenues |
$0.0201 for major road improvements | 67% total revenues |
