373.16 LICENSE TRANSFER.

Within ten days of the sale or transfer of ownership of a bicycle licensed under provisions of this chapter, the new owner shall obtain a new license and license tag in accordance with this chapter. The new license tag shall be affixed over the former tag, as provided in Section 373.17.
