339.12  THROUGH TRUCK ROUTES.
   (a)   No person shall operate a commercial tractor, semitrailer, tractor-semitrailer combination or commercial truck (other than a pick-up truck) from a point outside the City to a destination outside the City other than upon a State route or designated truck route.
   (b)   A person operating a commercial tractor, semitrailer, tractor-semitrailer combination or commercial truck (other than a pick-up truck) to make deliveries or to pick up cargo within the City shall proceed by the use of state routes or designated truck routes so far as practical in reaching or leaving the actual destination within the City and shall only proceed by use of the most direct route from or to the state routes or designated truck route.

   (c)   The following streets are designated truck routes:
      (1)   All state routes within the City.
      (2)   Frost Parkway between North Washington Street and Miami Street
      (3)   Hudson  Street between North Washington Street and North Sandusky Street
      (4)   Second Avenue
      (5)   Miami Street between Frost Parkway and Ashwood Drive
      (6)   Ashwood Drive
      (7)   Vine Street between Second Avenue and Sixth Avenue
      (8)   Heritage Drive
      (9)   Wall Street between Miami Street and Fourth Avenue
      (10)   Tyber Road between North Sandusky Street and Heritage Drive
      (11)   Tyber Road within the City between North Sandusky Street and Maule Road
      (12)   Maule Road within the City between Second Avenue and Tyber Road

   (d)   A violation of this section shall be a minor misdemeanor.
