(a) No right turn against a red signal shall be permitted at the following intersections:
(1) Westbound East Davis at Washington
(2) Northbound Washington at East Davis
(3) Eastbound West Davis at Washington
(4) Southbound Washington at Sandusky
(5) Westbound Wentz at Elmer
(6) Southbound Elmer at Wentz
(7) Eastbound Sycamore at Washington, (School Days 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
(8) Southbound Washington at Perry
(9) Eastbound Market at Washington (7:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.)
(10) Southbound Monroe at Union
(11) Eastbound Union at Monroe
(12) Southbound Sandusky at Perry
(13) Glenn and Washington (all sides)
(14) Miami and Elmer (all sides)
(15) Northbound Washington Street at Market
(16) Northbound Sandusky at Market
(17) N. Washington and Webster (all sides) (School Days 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)
(18) Sycamore and Ella (all sides)
(School Days 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.)

(b) The City Administrator is authorized and directed to install appropriate signs at such intersections prohibiting right turns on red signals.

(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
