305.09 VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO GENERAL MISDEMEANOR CLASSIFICATION.

Except as otherwise provided, any person violating the rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this chapter shall be subject to the misdemeanor classifications and penalties provided in Section 303.99.
